gogo (gogo.dealsbanana.com) is run by gogo. This page explains what we collect, why, who processes it for us, and your choices. Questions or requests: hello@gogo.dealsbanana.com.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, name if you give it, and the restaurant you set up (its Google listing, address, and the competitors you chose). If you sign in from dealsbanana.com, we receive your dealsbanana account id, email and vendor id.
- Public restaurant data: ratings, review counts, prices, opening hours, menus on restaurants' own websites, and the short sample of reviews Google shows publicly, for your restaurant and the competitors you track. We don't store reviewers' names.
- What you tell GOGO: your messages, voice recordings while you talk to GOGO (turned into text, then discarded), phone call and WhatsApp transcripts, and the goals and preferences GOGO remembers. You can see, edit and delete GOGO's memory on the Memory page.
- Your customers' emails, if you upload them for review requests: email, name if given, the consent source you record, and whether they unsubscribed. You must have their permission to email them. They can unsubscribe from any email.
- Google Business Profile, if you connect it: your reviews and replies, and an access token stored encrypted. Disconnect any time in Settings.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We keep your plan and subscription status, never your card number.
- Technical data: logs of what our agents did for your account (for audit and support), error logs, and a hashed form of the IP address used for the free sample (to limit abuse).
How we use it
To build your reports, alerts and 30-day plans; to answer you through GOGO; to draft offers, posts, replies and review requests that you approve before anything is published or sent; to bill you; and to keep the service secure. We don't sell personal data and we don't use your data to advertise to you.

Phone and WhatsApp
GOGO tells you it's an AI on every call. Calls aren't recorded as audio; we keep a text transcript so GOGO can follow up in the app. WhatsApp only works after you link your number from Settings, and gogo never starts a WhatsApp conversation.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your restaurant's data, memory, conversations and uploaded customers within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax and accounting. Backups roll off within 14 days after that.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data (Pro plans can also export it from Settings), edit or delete GOGO's memory, disconnect Google and WhatsApp, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to hello@gogo.dealsbanana.com. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have further rights; we honour them for everyone.
