These terms are between you and gogo, which runs gogo. By using gogo you agree to them. Questions: hello@gogo.dealsbanana.com.

1. Your account and your restaurant

You may only set up a restaurant you own or are authorised to manage. We check new restaurants before reports start, and we may remove a restaurant if we can't confirm who runs it. Keep your sign-in email and phone PIN private; you're responsible for what happens under your account.

2. Plans, trial and billing

New restaurants start with a free trial without a card. After it ends, reports and GOGO pause until you choose a plan. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel in the billing portal; cancelling stops the next renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires or where we decide to refund. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.

3. What gogo is, and isn't

gogo reports what is publicly visible about restaurants (ratings, reviews, menus, prices) and suggests actions. It can be incomplete or out of date: Google shows only a sample of reviews, and websites change. Suggestions are information, not guarantees of results. Decisions about your prices, offers and staff are yours. gogo never publishes or sends anything on your behalf without your approval.

4. Your responsibilities

• Only upload customer emails you have permission to use, and honour unsubscribes (gogo does this for you).
• Follow Google's rules for reviews: ask everyone the same way, and never offer anything for a review.
• Check offers, posts and replies before you approve them; once published, they're yours.
• Don't misuse gogo: no scraping it, no attempts to access other accounts, no unlawful or misleading content.

5. Your content and data

You keep ownership of what you give us. You allow us to use it to run gogo for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can ask for a copy of your data and ask us to delete it.

6. AI

GOGO is an AI assistant. It answers from your reports and the data gogo collected, and says when it doesn't know, but it can still make mistakes. Check anything important before you act on it.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep gogo running but don't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features; if we remove something you pay for, you may cancel and we'll refund the unused part of a prepaid period.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, gogo is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We aren't liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

9. Ending

You can stop using gogo and cancel any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where we can.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the US state where gogo is registered, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
